THE DAILY BUGLE
Website concept for the fictional news media organization, The Daily Bugle.
In the fictional universe of Spiderman, one news organization has the latest scoop on the web-slinger, and that is the Daily Bugle. With as many stories happening every day—between updates on heroes and villains, in addition to the usual sports, weather, and entertainment—a cutting-edge website is absolutely necessary to stay at the forefront of news media.
The focus of the project was to have a well-organized hierarchy, in order to allow for easy navigation through the website, as well as to create an immersive experience to make readers feel more a part of their city, and therefore, have increased loyalty among readers of the newspaper.
THE PROCESS
First and foremost, in order to get the top stories out to readers, The Daily Bugle website needed to be well organized. Here are some screenshots of the sitemap and a few wireframes.
